Naming the artist

Getting to plan the name I wanted to give this artist was hard as I wanted it to be original and significant. The name of the song I am going to do is Sober and it talks about problems with alcohol and about the tough process of getting out of it. Ink is something that leaves a mark forever and I figured out this was perfect to compare it to alcoholism which also marks you forever.

I also wanted the surname to have some meaning. Ridge means a long, narrow elevation of land; a chain of hills or mountains. The song talks about how she broke with sobriety after years and how much she regretted it. She has gone through many potholes in life and that is why I chose Ridge as the surname, sometimes she was at the top of a mountain and sometimes she was as the very bottom.
