Tripod:

A key piece of equipment we will use will be a tripod. The tripod will allow to create more stable shots and therefore resulting in a more professional looking shot rather than a messy and very shaking shot that can be seen when not using a tripod. For the scene in the park for example I had to use my own hands to sustain the camera instead of a dolly because the ground was full of plants and stones and in order to use a dolly the floor would have to be completely plain. The tripod will also allow me to produce much smoother pan and tilt shots as well as producing some stable long, medium and close up shots when needed and also allow us to produce some stable zoom shots if necessary.

Camera:

This is a key piece of equipment for the music video as without this there would basically be no music video. At home, I already had the Canon Mark 6D II which has very good quality. Having this type of camera would mean that the quality of the footage would be of high standard therefore making my video look more professional. I also used the camera to take the photos for the digipak and for the webpage because I really wanted them to look very professional and have a high quality.

I used different types of lens to film and to take photos. To take the photos, I used the 50mm portrait lens in order to get the picture of her face perfectly and have the correct lighting.

To film the video I used the regular lens which all cameras usually have, this is the 24-105mm lens which captures the whole image and not only the portrait as the other lens I used. This allowed me to zoom in and out independently of how far away I was.
